School History

Established in 1908, the old Waikiki-Kapahulu Japanese language school has a proud history and tradition, and is now approaching 102 years of operation. At Hawaii Seminar, we still continue to provide quality education as a language and college prep institution.

We offer Japanese and English courses along with Japanese etiquette, customs, and cultural arts. Any of these classes can be taken as private lessons to fit around your schedule.
